摘 要:主要研究了水胶比、页岩陶粒密度等级、含水率三因素对页岩陶粒混凝土的抗压强度和导热系数的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,水胶比与页岩陶粒混凝土的抗压强度、导热系数分别呈负相关和正相关;页岩陶粒的密度等级与抗压强度、导热系数分别呈正相关和负相关,含水率与抗压强度和导热系数均呈负相关。与普通C30混凝土相比,所制备的LC30页岩陶粒混凝土的干密度降低了25.5%,导热系数降低了50%。
Abstract: The influence of water-binder ratio, shale ceramsite density grade and water content on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of shale ceramsite concrete was studied. The results show that the water-binder ratio is negatively correlated and positively correlated with the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of shale ceramsite concrete respectively within a certain range. The density grade of shale ceramsite is positively and negatively correlated with the compressive strength and thermal conductivity, respectively, while the water content is negatively correlated with the compressive strength and thermal conductivity. Based on the test results, compared with ordinary C30 concrete, the dry density and thermal conductivity of LC30 shale ceramsite concrete prepared by the optimization are reduced by about 25.5% and 50%.
