摘 要:研究了单掺、复掺玄武岩纤维和纳米SiO2对混凝土力学性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了玄武岩纤维和纳米SiO2的增强机理。结果表明:单掺玄武岩纤维时,混凝土的强度得到提高,且随着玄武岩纤维长度的增加,抗折强度提高更明显;单掺纳米SiO2时,随着纳米SiO2掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度逐渐增大;复掺玄武岩纤维与纳米SiO2时,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度均高于两种材料分别单掺时的混凝土强度;SEM分析结果表明,纳米SiO2在混凝土中起到了填充和成核作用,同时促进了水泥水化,生成了大量C-S-H凝胶和钙矾石,这些水化产物将玄武岩纤维包裹在一起,在混凝土内部形成致密的三维网状空间结构,从而提高了混凝土的强度。
Abstract: The effects of basalt fiber and nano-SiO2 on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied, and the strengthening mechanism of basalt fiber and nano-SiO2 was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that when basalt fiber is mixed alone, the strength of concrete is improved, and as the length of basalt fiber increases, the increase in flexural strength is more obvious. When nano-SiO2 is mixed alone, the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete increase gradually with the increase of nano-SiO2 content. The compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete mixed with basalt fiber and nano-SiO2 are higher than those of concrete when the two materials are mixed separately. SEM results show that nano-SiO2 plays a role in filling and nucleation in concrete, and promotes the hydration of cement, generating a large number of C-S-H gel and ettringite. These hydration products wrap basalt fibers together, forming a dense three-dimensional network space structure inside concrete, thus improving the strength of concrete.
