摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,内掺促强减缩剂,加入抗裂剂、粉煤灰、炉渣、尾矿砂,采用物理发泡工艺方法制备了轻质高强抗裂隔墙板。解决了以普通硅酸盐水泥为基材制备的轻质隔墙板早期强度低、脱模时间长的缺点,并且轻质高强抗裂隔墙板的抗压强度更高,后期强度持续增长,同时克服了由于硫铝酸盐水泥运输距离长而造成墙板单位价格高的问题;对于通过物理发泡工艺制备的墙板,加入抗裂剂可解决墙板因水灰比大、以物理发泡剂为表面活性剂而引起的收缩开裂问题。
Abstract: Taking ordinary Portland cement as cementitious material, mixed with strength-enhancing and shrinkage-reducing agent, and adding anti-cracking agent, fly ash, slag, and tailing sand, the lightweight high-strength crack resistance partition wall board was made by physical foaming process. It solves the shortcomings of low early strength and long demoulding time of the lightweight partition wall board prepared with ordinary Portland cement as the base material, and the compressive strength of the lightweight high-strength crack-resistant partition wall board is higher, and the later strength continues to increase. At the same time, it overcomes the problem of high unit price of wall board due to the long transportation distance of sulfoaluminate cement. For the wallboard prepared by the physical foaming process, adding anti-cracking agent can solve the problem of shrinkage cracking of the wall board due to the large water-cement ratio and the use of the physical foaming agent as the surfactant.
