摘 要:利用铁尾矿机制砂石完全替代天然砂石,制备了全铁尾矿骨料混凝土,研究了全铁尾矿骨料混凝土和天然骨料混凝土的工作性、力学性能和耐久性能差异。结果表明:在工作性方面,需通过调配外加剂的方法来保证全铁尾矿骨料混凝土良好的工作性;在力学性能方面,全铁尾矿骨料混凝土的抗压、抗折和劈裂抗拉强度与天然骨料混凝土相比差别不大;在耐久性能方面,全铁尾矿骨料混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能、抗碳化性能、抗冻性能及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能均与天然骨料混凝土接近。
Abstract: Using iron tailings machine-made sand and stone to completely replace natural sand and stone, all-iron tailings aggregate concrete was prepared, and the difference between all-iron tailings aggregate concrete and natural aggregate concrete in workability, mechanical properties and durability was studied. The results show that in terms of workability, it is recommended to ensure the good workability of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete by mixing admixtures. In terms of mechanical properties, the compressive, flexural and splitting tensile strength of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete are little different from those of natural aggregate concrete. In terms of durability, the chloride ion penetration resistance, carbonation resistance, frost resistance and sulfate resistance of all-iron tailings aggregate concrete are close to those of natural aggregate concrete.
