摘 要:为了改善水泥基材料的抗裂性能,满足建筑在加固、修复过程中对修补材料高韧性的需求,将耐碱玻璃纤维网、玻璃纤维方格布、玻璃纤维毡3种二维纤维分别掺入到聚合物水泥砂浆中,研究了不同二维纤维增强材料对聚合物水泥砂浆拉伸性能的影响,通过应力-应变曲线和拉伸破坏形态揭示了二维纤维增强材料对聚合物水泥砂浆的作用机理,通过对掺二维纤维增强材料聚合物水泥砂浆进行浸水和碱溶液处理,评价了其耐水、耐碱性能。结果表明:3种二维纤维增强材料均能提高聚合物水泥砂浆的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,其中,玻璃纤维方格布对提升聚合物水泥砂浆的拉伸强度最有利;浸水和碱溶液处理均会影响掺二维纤维增强材料聚合物水泥砂浆的拉伸性能,其中,碱溶液处理更不利。
Abstract: In order to improve the crack resistance of cement-based materials and meet the requirements for high toughness of repair materials in the process of building reinforcement and repair, three two-dimensional fibers of alkali resistant glass fiber mesh, glass fiber checkered cloth, glass fiber felt were added into polymer cement mortar. The effect of different two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials on the tensile properties of polymer cement mortar was studied. The action mechanism of two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials on polymer cement mortar was revealed by stress-strain curve and tensile failure mode. The water resistance and alkali resistance of polymer cement mortar mixed with two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials were evaluated by soaking in water and alkali solution. The results show that the three kinds of two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials can increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of the polymer cement mortar, among which the glass fiber checkered cloth is most beneficial to the improvement of the tensile strength of polymer cement mortar. Both water immersion and alkali solution treatment will affect the tensile properties of polymer cement mortar mixed with two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials, among which alkali solution treatment is more unfavorable.
