摘 要:通过强度、干密度测试以及XRD、FTIR、SEM分析,研究了纳米C-S-H对固硫灰蒸压加气混凝土性能及水化产物的影响。结果表明:随着纳米C-S-H掺量的增加,蒸压加气混凝土的干密度和抗压强度均呈先增后降的趋势,且当纳米C-S-H掺量为3%时,蒸压加气混凝土的抗压强度最大,较空白组提高了13.2%;在蒸压养护条件下,纳米C-S-H的掺入一方面促进了体系中的Ca(OH)2与固硫灰中的活性SiO2和Al2O3反应,形成了更多的托贝莫来石和C-S-H凝胶,另一方面加速了托贝莫来石和C-S-H凝胶的生长速度,形成了尺寸更大的反应产物;纳米C-S-H的掺入降低了蒸压加气混凝土中的孔洞率,提高了蒸压加气混凝土的密实度和强度;固硫灰中的三种主要物相与Ca(OH)2的蒸压反应活性大小为薄片叠层状的黏土矿物热分解产物最高,带棱角粒状的石英颗粒次之,球状的铝硅酸钙物相最低。
Abstract: The effects of nano-C-S-H on properties and hydration products of autoclaved aerated concrete with circulating fluidized bed fly ash were studied by strength, dry density tests and XRD, FTIR and SEM analysis. The results show that the dry density and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete increase first and then decrease with the increase of nano-C-S-H content, and the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete reaches the maximum when the nano-C-S-H content is 3%, which is 13.2% higher than that of blank group. Under the autoclastic curing condition, the addition of nano-C-S-H promotes the reaction of Ca(OH)2 in the system with active SiO2 and Al2O3 in the circulating fluidized bed fly ash, forming more tobermorite and C-S-H gel, and accelerates the growth rate of tobermorite and C-S-H gel, forming reaction products with larger size. The addition of nano-C-S-H reduces the porosity of autoclaved aerated concrete, and improves the density and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete. The autoclaved reaction activity of the three main phases in the circulating fluidized bed fly ash with Ca(OH)2 is that the laminated products of clay are the highest, followed by the angular granular quartz particles, and the spherical phase of calcium aluminosilicate is the lowest.
