摘   要:为充分发挥无机修复材料在混凝土结构损伤中的应用,研究了骨料种类及粒径、减水剂掺量、胶砂比、胶粉掺量、聚丙烯(PP)纤维掺量、消泡剂掺量对自密实快速修复砂浆工作性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:石英砂砂浆比河砂砂浆有更高的抗压强度,但韧性较差;综合考虑性能及经济性,减水剂掺量为1.6%较为适宜;随着胶砂比降低,砂浆的力学性能下降;掺入2.5%胶粉的砂浆比空白组流动度提高了3.1%,抗折强度提高了8.5%,但过量的胶粉对砂浆性能产生消极影响;PP纤维对砂浆的工作性无明显影响,但随着其掺量增加,砂浆的抗压强度下降;消泡剂的掺入减小了砂浆的流动度,但掺量超过0.1%后几乎不再变化,而砂浆的力学性能随着其掺量的增加先上升后下降。 Abstract: To enhance the application of inorganic repair materials in the damage of concrete structures, the effects of sand type and particle size, superplasticizer dosage, binder sand ratio, latex powder and PP fiber, defoamer dosage on the basic performance of self-compacting rapid repair mortar were studied. The results show that the mortar made of quartz sand has higher compressive strength but lower toughness compared with river sand. From the performance and economy point of view, 1.6% dosage of superplasticizer is more suitable. The mechanical properties of the mortar decrease with the decrease of the binder sand ratio. 2.5% latex powder can improve 3.1% fluidity and 8.5% flexural strength of mortar, but too much latex powder will have a negative impact on the properties. PP fiber has no obvious effect on the workability of mortar, but with the increase of its content, the compressive strength shows a downward trend. The addition of defoamer reduces the fluidity of mortar, but it almost does not change when the content exceeds 0.1%. The mechanical strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of defoamer dosage.

(1)以石英砂制备的砂浆有更高的抗压强度,但折压比较低,韧性差。可以根据不同的修复要求,选用相应的砂作为骨料。
(2)相同流动度下,随着胶砂比的减小,砂浆用水量降低,3 d抗折、抗压强度总体呈下降趋势。
(3)随着胶粉掺量的增加,砂浆流动度和3 d抗折强度均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,3 d抗压强度不断减小,且在掺量为0~2.5%时降低幅度最大,说明胶粉的掺入对抗压强度影响相对较大。
(4)PP纤维对砂浆的工作性影响不大,随着其掺量的增加,砂浆3 d抗压强度不断降低,抗折强度波动变化,掺入PP纤维无法明显提高砂浆的力学性能。
(5)0.1%掺量的消泡剂能有效减少气泡产生,改善砂浆的孔隙结构,明显提高其抗折、抗压强度。
