依托实际工程,分析了超高性能混凝土(UHPC)材料特性,研究了UHPC预制桥面板模板制作、UHPC拌合、钢纤维分散、蒸汽养护等生产工艺,并进行了工程应用,结果表明,采用上述生产工艺生产的UHPC预制桥面板的外观质量、尺寸偏差、力学强度均满足设计要求。
Based on the actual project, the material characteristics of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) were analyzed, and the production processes such as UHPC precast bridge decks mold assembling, UHPC mixing, steel fiber dispersion and steam curing were studied. The preparation technology of UHPC precast bridge deck is applied in the engineering application, and the results show that the appearance quality, dimensional deviation and mechanical strength of UHPC precast bridge decks produced by the above production processes can meet the design requirements.
