摘 要:以绵阳市预制装配式综合管廊为研究对象,利用有限元软件,建立了三维实体模型,考虑了不同分片形式、连接方式、实际受荷情况,分析了其正常使用情况下的弯矩分布变化,并从舱室尺寸排布、增设腋角及改变顶板结构形式三个方面进行了优化设计。研究结果表明:该预制装配式综合管廊设计满足规范要求,但其结构存在进一步优化的空间;当三舱室等间距排布时结构受力相对更合理;增设腋角可明显改善端部应力集中现象;采用叠合式顶板可有效降低结构最大弯矩值。
Abstract: Taking the precast concrete utility tunnel in Mianyang as the research object, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model, and the form of the segment, the connection method, the actual load were condidered. The stress and the strain were analyzed, and optimized design was carried out from three aspects: cabin size arrangement, adding axillary legs and changing the roof structure. The research results show that the design of the precast concrete utility tunnel can meet the requirements of the specification, but need to be further optimized. When the three compartments are arranged at equal intervals, the structural stress is relatively more reasonable. The addition of axillary legs can significantly improve the stress concentration at the ends. Using a laminated roof can effectively increase the resistance of the roofs.
