摘 要:对比分析了三种不同聚羧酸减水剂对C55钢管自密实混凝土工作性的影响,并将优选出的聚羧酸减水剂与三种保坍剂进行了复配,研究了该复合型外加剂对泵送顶升自密实混凝土施工性能的影响。结果表明:相比PCA-Ⅳ、PCA-Ⅷ,PCA-Ⅰ型聚羧酸减水剂在混凝土低含气量下的工作性最佳;当PCA-Ⅰ与三种不同保坍剂母液复配,且PCA3A∶PCA3B∶PCA3C的质量比为3∶3∶4时,可以实现泵送顶升自密实混凝土4 h以上的平稳施工性能。
Abstract: The effects of three different polycarboxylate superplasticizers on the workability of C55 steel pipe self-compacting concrete were compared and analyzed, and the selected polycarboxylate superplasticizer was compounded with three slump-retaining agents. Effects of the compound admixtures on the construction performance of pumping-up self-compacting concrete. The results show that compared with PCA-Ⅳ and PCA-Ⅷ, PCA-Ⅰ type polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the best workability under the low air content of concrete. When PCA-Ⅰ is compounded with three different slump retaining agent mother liquors, and when the mass ratio of PCA3A∶PCA3B∶PCA3C is 3∶3∶4, the stable construction performance of pumping-up self-compacting concrete for more than 4 h can be achieved.
