摘 要:研究了HCSA抗裂增强材料对混凝土强度、限制膨胀率、温度应力的影响,并分析了蒸养与非蒸养条件下掺抗裂增强材料混凝土的强度发展变化情况。结果表明:抗裂增强材料可显著提高混凝土的抗裂性,当水胶比为0.36、抗裂增强材料掺量为70 kg/m3时,混凝土强度发展良好,且限制膨胀率较高;抗裂增强材料可显著降低混凝土的温度敏感性,当抗裂增强材料掺量为50 kg/m3时,混凝土试件最大压应力提高了119%,断裂应力下降了13%,断裂温度降低了37%;采用抗裂增强材料代替粉煤灰,在免蒸养条件下,混凝土1 d强度比提高了192%,在蒸养条件下,1 d强度比提高了196%。
Abstract: The effects of HCSA anti-cracking reinforcement materials on the strength, limiting expansion rate and temperature stress of concrete were investigated. The strength development of concrete under steam curing and non-steam curing after adding anti-cracking reinforcement materials were analyzed. The results show that the HCSA anti-cracking reinforcement material can significantly improve the crack resistance of concrete. When the W/B is 0.36 and the content of the anti-cracking reinforcement material is 70 kg/m3, the concrete strength developed well, and the limiting expansion rate is high. The anti-cracking reinforcement material can significantly reduce the temperature sensitivity of concrete. When the anti-cracking reinforcement material is added at 50 kg/m3, the maximum compressive stress of concrete specimens is increased by 119%, the fracture stress is reduced by 13% and the fracture temperature is reduced by 37%. When fly ash is instead by anti-cracking reinforcement material, the 1 d strength ratio of concrete increases by 192% under the non-steam curing conditions, the 1 d intensity ratio increases by 196% under the steam curing conditions.
