摘   要:预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板是一种新型叠合板,具有质量轻、承载能力强、抗裂性能好以及生产效率高等优点。以江苏省企业标准设计图集《预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板》的编制为背景,介绍了该产品的计算、构造相关规定及生产、制作相关要求,分析了该产品的特点,并提出了下一步研究方向。 Abstract: Prestressed concrete composite slab with grouted steel pipe trusses is a new type of composite plate, which has the advantages of light weight, strong bearing capacity, good crack resistance and high production efficiency. Based on the compilation of Jiangsu Province enterprise standard design atlas Prestressed Concrete Composite Slab with Grouted Steel Pipetrusses, the calculation, construction and production requirements of the product are introduced, the characteristics of the product is analyzed, and the next research direction is put forward.

摘   要:整体装配式地下车站叠合式墙板存在大面积预制混凝土板与现浇混凝土如何有机结合、解决现浇混凝土裂缝和墙体渗漏的问题,这与传统现浇混凝土施工工艺存在较大差异,其具体实施过程中将面临很多新的结构、材料和施工技术方面的问题。针对某城市轨道交通地铁车站建设的需要,基于现有大面积混凝土收缩裂缝和新老混凝土约束裂缝现状和控制技术研究成果,从结构设计、混凝土材料、施工技术三方面,探讨并提出了地下车站整体装配式叠合墙板裂缝控制的有效措施。 Abstract: The integrally assembled underground station laminated wall panel has the problems of how to organically combine the large area of precast concrete slab and cast-in-place concrete, and how to solve the problems of cast-in-place concrete cracks and wall leakage, which is different from the traditional cast-in-place concrete construction process. During its specific implementation process, it will face many new structural, material and construction technology issues. In view of the needs of the construction of a certain urban rail transit subway station, based on the existing large-area concrete shrinkage cracks and the new and old concrete restraint cracks status and control technology research results, from the three aspects of structural design, concrete materials, construction technology, the underground stations effective measures for crack control of integrally assembled laminated wall panels are discussed and put forward.

摘   要:在已有试验基础上,进行了基于内聚力模型的密肋复合墙板静力加载全过程有限元分析,研究了密肋复合墙板结构在粮食侧压力作用下的受力机理。结果表明:黏结界面开裂后,基于内聚力模型的密肋复合墙板在协同受力作用下表现出“拱”破坏形式;黏结界面损伤主要分布在跨中板底及板顶与边肋梁、柱接触区域,损伤及位移模拟结果与试验结果一致;基于内聚力模型的密肋复合墙板具有与矩形双向板相似的塑性铰线破坏特征,验证了内聚力模型的合理性,为粮食平房仓密肋复合墙板的结构计算分析提供了参考。 Abstract: On the basis of the existing tests, the finite element analysis of the whole process of static loading of multi-ribbed composite wall was carried out based on the cohesion model, and the mechanical mechanism and the finite element calculation method of multi-ribbed composite wall structure under the lateral pressure of grain were studied. The results show that after the interface cracks, the ribbed composite wall based on cohesion model shows “arch” failure mode under the synergistic force. The damage of the bond interface is mainly distributed in the area between the bottom and top of the mid-span plate with the side rib-beam and rib-column. Based on the cohesive model, the multi-ribbed composite wall has similar failure characteristics of yield line to the rectangular two-way plate, which verifies the rationality of the cohesive model,  and provides a reference for the calculation and analysis of the multi-ribbed composite wall board structure in storehouse.
