摘 要:利用废弃混凝土再生细骨料及再生微粉,采用静压成型工艺制备了再生混凝土免烧砖,以抗压强度和抗折强度为优化指标,分别对制砖成型工艺与养护工艺进行了研究。结果表明:再生混凝土免烧砖的强度随着成型压力和蒸汽养护时间的增加而增加;再生混凝土免烧砖的强度随着压制速度的增加而呈现下降趋势;最佳成型压力为15 MPa、压制速度为0.6 mm/s、蒸汽养护温度为80 ℃、养护时间为16 h。在此生产条件下,再生混凝土免烧砖的28 d抗压强度为12.1 MPa。
Abstract: The recycled fine aggregate and recycled micro powder of waste concrete were used to prepare recycled baking-free brick by static pressure forming. Taking the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled baking-free bricks as the optimization index, the forming process and curing process of recycled concrete baking-free bricks were studied respectively. The results show that the strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks increases with the increase of molding pressure. The strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks decreases continuously with the increase of pressing speed. The optimum molding pressure is 15 MPa, pressing speed is 0.6 mm/s and the steam curing system is 80 ℃ for 16 h. Under this condition, the 28 d compressive strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks reaches 12.1 MPa.
