摘 要:采用MATLAB软件中的识别图像控制技术,对典型混凝土图像数据进行处理,还原了混凝土中骨料的真实排布情况,同时,探究了基于装配式预制部品部件的保温一体化复合墙体的新型构造形式。结果表明:在混凝土中添加纤维材料可有效控制复合墙体的开裂问题;采用外叶板+保温板+内叶墙的“夹心保温三明治板”构造形式可有效解决装配式建筑底部加强区所用墙体超宽、超高及外窗开洞存在的问题。
Abstract: Using the recognition image control technology in MATLAB software, the typical concrete image data were processed to restore the real arrangement of aggregate in concrete. At the same time, the new structural form of thermal insulation integratedcomposite wall based on prefabricated components was explored. The results show that adding fiber materials to concrete can effectively control the cracking of composite wall. The structural form of "sandwich thermal insulation sandwich plate" with outer leaf plate and thermal insulation plate and inner leaf wall can effectively solve the existing thorny problems of super width, super height and additional window holes of the wall used in the bottom reinforcement area of prefabricated buildings.
