摘 要:以微纳米级水泥基多孔材料为载体,石蜡为相变材料,采用真空浸渍工艺,制备了相变骨料和相变骨料水泥砂浆,并研究了相变水泥砂浆的性能。研究结果表明:石蜡的最大负载率为65%;相变骨料泄漏率随真空度增加与浸渍时间延长而降低;随着相变骨料取代率的增加,砂浆的抗压强度降低,导热系数下降,且强化了延迟、降低温峰效应。
Abstract: Using micro-size/nano-size scale cement-based porous materials as carrier and paraffin as phase change material, phase change aggregate and phase change cement mortar were prepared by vacuum impregnation process, and then the performance of phase change cement mortar was studied. The results indicate that the maximum carrying rate of paraffin is 65%. The leakage rate of phase change aggregate decreases with the increase of vacuum degree and the prolongation of immersion time. The substitution rate of phase change aggregate increases, the compressive strength of the mortar is reduced, the thermal conductivity is reduced, and the delay and temperature peak reduction effects are strengthened.
