摘 要:分析了矿渣、钢渣、建筑垃圾和循环灰的活性,研究了活化剂的类型(M型、N型、P型、Q型)和掺量对掺矿物合料胶砂性能的影响,通过SEM和XRD分析了活化剂的作用机理。结果表明:4种矿物掺合料中,矿渣的活性指数最大,而循环灰的活性指数最小;不同类型的活化剂均能有效提高掺复合矿物掺合料胶砂的强度,其中,P型活化剂的提高效果最好,其适宜掺量为2.5%;活化剂的掺入促进了AFt和C-S-H凝胶的生成,从而提升了强度。
Abstract: The activity of slag, steel slag, construction waste and circulating ash were analyzed. The effects of the type (M-type, N-type, P-type, Q-type) and content of activator on the properties of mortar mixed with composite mineral admixtures were studied. The action mechanism of activators was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that among the four mineral admixtures, the activity index of slag is the largest, while that of circulating ash is the smallest. Different types of activators can effectively improve the strength of mortar mixed with composite mineral admixtures. Among them, the P-type activator has the best effect, and its appropriate content is 2.5%. The activator promotes the formation of AFt and C-S-H gel, thus enhancing the strength.
