摘 要:利用白云石为主要矿源采用不同的煅烧制度和配合比制备了双膨胀源和三膨胀源膨胀剂,并研究了其水化放热速率和限制膨胀率,探讨了该钙镁复合型多源体系膨胀剂对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,双膨胀源膨胀剂的水化放热速率和温峰先升高后降低,温峰值分别为80.5、82.2、61.8、31.6 ℃,且到达温峰的时间也随之变化;相同膨胀剂掺量下,双膨胀源膨胀剂的膨胀率随着煅烧温度的升高而降低,950 ℃时膨胀率最优;养护温度越高,膨胀反应速率越快,膨胀性能发挥越充分,60 ℃养护时,膨胀主要发生在混凝土前14 d,后期变化不大;三膨胀源膨胀剂对混凝土前28 d的抗压强度有一定贡献,但60 d时较对照组有一定降低。
Abstract: The dual-expansion source and triple expansion source expansion agents by Using dolomite as the main mineral source at the different calcination systems and material ratios were prepared. Based on the analysis of its mineral composition, the hydration heat release rate and the limiting expansion rate of the expansion agent were determined. The influence of the calcium-magnesium composite multi-source system expansion agent on the mechanical properties of concrete was also discussed. The results show that with the increase of the calcination temperature, the hydration heat release rate and the temperature peak of the dual-expansion source expansion agent increase and then decrease. The temperature peaks are 80.5 ℃, 82.2 ℃, 61.8 ℃ and 31.6 ℃ respectively, and the time to reach the temperature peak also changes accordingly. At the same content, the expansion rate of dual-expansion source expansion agent gradually decreases with the increase of the calcination temperature, and the calcination temperature at 950 ℃ is the best. The higher curing temperature, the faster expansion reaction rate. When the curing temperature is 60 ℃, the expansion of concrete mainly occurs before the 14 d age, and there is little change at late age. The triple-expansion source expansion agent has has a certain contribution to the compressive strength of concrete before 28 d, but at 60 d, it is lower than that of control group.
