摘 要:通过正交试验研究了引气剂(十二烷基磺酸钠)、短切玄武岩纤维(BF)和沙漠砂对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,引气沙漠砂纤维混凝土的最优配合比为引气剂掺量0.003%、沙漠砂替代率40%、短切BF掺量0.1%。
Abstract: The effects of air entraining agent (sodium dodecyl sulfonate), chopped basalt fiber (BF) and desert sand on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete were studied by orthogonal tests. The results show that the optimal mix proportion of air entraining fiber reinforced concrete with desert sand is as follows: the air entraining agent content is 0.003%, the replacement rate of desert sand is 40%, and the chopped BF content is 0.1%.
