摘   要:总结分析了超高性能混凝土(UHPC)现有研究成果,综述了其超高性能机理、单调拉伸和循环荷载下的本构关系、低周期疲劳状态下的损伤过程及微观损伤机理等,并对未来的研究方向提出了建议。 Abstract: Based on the summary and analysis of the research works of UHPC, the ultra-high performance mechanism of UHPC, the constitutive relation under monotone tensile and cyclic loads, the damage process under low cycle fatigue and the microscopic damage mechanism were summarized. Some suggestions for the future research direction were also provided.

摘   要:为配制满足中老磨万铁路复杂环境下的不同强度等级混凝土,采用老挝产水泥等原材料和中国产减水剂,通过混凝土配合比设计、不同强度指标的力学性能试验,研究了混凝土强度的尺寸效应和粉煤灰单掺掺量对C55混凝土力学性能的影响,确定了中老磨万铁路桥梁用C20~C60混凝土施工配合比。结果表明:按照本文的配合比设计,可以配制出满足中国铁路规范要求的不同强度等级混凝土;单掺粉煤灰情况下,中老磨万铁路桥梁用C55混凝土的粉煤灰适宜掺量为15%。所确定的C55混凝土施工配合比已成功应用于实桥混凝土施工。 Abstract: In order to prepare different strength grades of concrete which can meet the requirements of the complex engineering environment of China-Laos (Boten-Vientiane) railway, choosing the raw materials such as cement fabricated in Laos and water reducing agent made in China, the effects of size and the fly ash contents on the mechanical properties of C55 concrete were studied through the concrete mix proportion design and the mechanical property tests of different strength index. The concrete mix proportion of C20~C60 was determined. The results show that the properties of concrete which meet the requirements of China railway standards can be configured according to the mix proportion. In the case of the additive is fly ash only, the appropriate content of fly ash in C55 concrete for China-Laos (Boten-Vientiane) railway bridges is determined to be 15%. The test results was successfully applied to the concrete construction of real bridges.

摘   要:为更好地控制混凝土3D打印构件的成型质量,从构件造型实现程度、成型精度、表面纹理质量、力学性能、非薄壁构件的填充质量等方面介绍了混凝土3D打印质量评价指标。结合混凝土3D打印技术流程,研究了影响3D打印质量的主要因素,如打印材料、打印设备、控制系统、切片及路径规划算法、控制参数、打印环境条件等。并针对主要影响因素,采用定性分析与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了其相应的质量控制方法。 Abstract: In order to control the forming quality of concrete 3D printing components, a set of quality evaluation index of concrete 3D printing was introduced from the aspects of the realization degree of printing parts, forming precision, surface texture quality, mechanical properties of printing parts, filling quality of non thin-walled components. Combined with the whole technical process of concrete 3D printing, the main quality influencing factors were studied, including printing materials, printing equipment, control system, slicing and path planning algorithm, control parameters, printing environment conditions and so on. According to the main influencing factors, qualitative analysis and theoretical analysis were combined to further analyze, and the corresponding quality control measures were put forward.

摘   要:为研究纳米SiO2改性陶粒混凝土在不同溶液冻融环境下的抗冻性能,设计了四种溶液(水、硫酸盐、碳酸盐、复合盐)冻融环境,采用快速冻融法,以质量损失率及相对动弹性模量为指标对其冻融损伤规律进行了研究,并基于试验数据建立了抗冻性能退化模型。结果表明:在盐溶液冻融环境下,陶粒混凝土质量损失及相对动弹性模量高于水冻环境;当盐溶液浓度相同时,硫酸盐溶液冻融环境对混凝土的质量及动弹性模量的损伤较碳酸盐溶液强,复合盐类溶液冻融损伤居中;基于试验数据建立的抗冻性能模型可较好地反映纳米SiO2改性陶粒混凝土在不同冻融溶液环境下的冻融损伤规律。 Abstract: In order to study the antifreeze performance of nano-SiO2 modified ceramsite concrete in different freeze-thaw solution environments, four freeze-thaw environments(water, sulfate, carbonate, compound salt) were designed. The rapid freeze-thaw method was used to study the freeze-thaw damage law using the mass loss rate and the relative dynamic elastic modulus as the measurement indicators. And based on the test data, a degradation model of frost resistance performance was established. The results show that the mass loss and relative dynamic modulus of elasticity of ceramsite concrete are higher in the freezing and thawing environment of salt solution than in the water and freezing environment. When the salt concentration is the same, the damage of the freeze-thaw environment of the sulfate solution to the concrete quality and dynamic elastic modulus is stronger than that of the carbonate, and the freeze-thaw damage ability of the compound salt solution is in the middle. The frost resistance model established based on the experimental data can better reflect the freeze-thaw damage law of nano-SiO2 modified ceramsite concrete in different freeze-thaw solution environments.

摘   要:从发展、分类、填料体积分数原理、轻量化原理及技术问题、工程应用、性能影响因素等方面对轻质混凝土材料进行了介绍,提出了目前存在的问题,展望了轻质混凝土的研究方向,可以为轻质混凝土的制备和应用提供参考。 Abstract: The development, classification, volume fraction principle of lightweight fillers, lightweight principle and technical issues, engineering application and performance influencing factors of lightweight concrete are introduced. The existing problems are put forward and the research direction of lightweight concrete are prospected, which can provide reference for the preparation and application of lightweight concrete.
