摘 要:采用三级配河砂设计优化了高强灌浆材料的配合比,研究了水胶比、胶砂比和不同材料组成对灌浆材料工作性和力学性能的影响,分析了钙矾石型复合膨胀剂和塑性膨胀剂对灌浆材料收缩性能的影响。结果表明:当水胶比为0.20、胶砂比为1.0、硅灰掺量为10%、降黏剂掺量为10%、减水剂掺量为1.0%、钙矾石型复合膨胀剂掺量为10%、塑性膨胀剂掺量为0.01%、钢纤维体积掺量为1.5%时,可制备出性能优异的高强灌浆材料,有效缓解灌浆材料的收缩问题。
Abstract: The mix proportion of high strength grouting material was designed by using three-grade sand design method. The effects of water-binder ratio, binder-sand ratio and different material compositions on the workability and mechanical properties of grouting material were studied, and the effects of ettringite-type composite expansion agent and plastic expansion agent on the shrinkage properties of grouting material were analyzed. The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.20, the binder-sand ratio is 1.0, the silica fume content is 10%, the viscosity reducer content is 10%, the water reducing agent content is 1.0%, the ettringite-type composite expansion agent content is 10%, the plastic expansion agent content is 0.01%, and the volume content of steel fiber is 1.5%, the high strength grouting material with excellent performance can be prepared, which can effectively alleviate the shrinkage problem of the grouting material.
