摘 要:为了解决小宽度预制装配陶粒混凝土墙板的开裂问题,研制了高3 500 mm、长5 000 mm、厚200 mm的超长陶粒混凝土墙板,对该墙板进行了抗弯、抗冲击和吊挂力试验,分析了墙板在均布荷载下的受弯荷载-应变(挠度)曲线、破坏现象以及抗冲击和吊挂试验现象。结果表明:墙板的抗弯性能、抗冲击性能和吊挂性能均达到相关规范要求;依据现有混凝土受弯理论计算得到的墙板受弯承载力和挠度与试验值吻合良好;推导出的墙板最大冲击力远小于其冲击承载力,与试验现象相符。
Abstract: In order to solve the cracking problem of small width precast ceramsite concrete partition slab, the super-long ceramsite concrete partition slab with the height of 3 500 mm, the length of 5 000 mm and the thickness of 200 mm was developed. The bending, impact and hanging force tests of the partition slab were carried out, and the bending load-strain (deflection) curve, failure phenomenon, impact and hanging test phenomenon of the partition slab under uniformly distributed load were analyzed. The results show that the bending resistance, impact resistance and hanging performance of the partition slab meet the requirements of relevant specifications. According to the existing concrete bending theory, the calculated bending capacity and deflection of the partition slab are in good agreement with the experimental values. The maximum impact force of the partition slab deduced is far less than its impact bearing capacity, which is consistent with the experimental phenomenon.
