摘 要:为了研究超高强复合灌浆料的断裂性能,制作了不同尺寸的缺口三点弯曲梁试件,测试了断裂性能,并对双K断裂模型和尺寸效应模型进行了对比分析。结果表明:超高强复合灌浆料的起裂韧度与失稳韧度较为接近,裂缝稳定扩展的过程较短;根据双K模型计算得出不同尺寸试件的断裂韧度值基本一致,无明显的尺寸效应;根据尺寸效应模型计算得出的断裂韧度和双K模型计算得出的断裂韧度基本一致。
Abstract: In order to study the fracture properties of ultra-high strength composite grouting material, three-point bending beam specimens with different sizes were made, and their fracture properties were tested, and the double-K fracture model and size effect model were compared and analyzed. The results show that the fracture toughness and instability fracture toughness of the ultra-high strength composite grouting material are close, and the process of fracture stable expansion is short. The fracture toughness of different size specimens calculated by double-K model is basically the same, and there is no obvious size effect. The fracture toughness calculated by size effect model is basically the same as that calculated by double-K model.
