摘   要:基于港口在役混凝土结构的劣化过程和劣化状态建立了耐久性评定等级,从耐久性、经济性和可持续性角度对结构进行了层次化评价,其中,耐久性评估值N1包括结构形式和劣化指标评估值,采用加权平均法得到;经济性评估值N2包括日常检测维护成本、失效状态成本和经济损失成本,采取指标权重法确定;可持续性评估值N3选用指数函数进行计算;耐久性、经济性和可持续性指标的评估因子通过0-1强制评分法确定为1/2、1/3和1/6,经过加权得到了结构的层次化评估值。在层次化评估值的基础上给出了结构的检测维护框架模型,并通过某港口地区的在役混凝土桥梁结构验证了该框架模型的合理性。 Abstract: The durability evaluation grade is established based on the deterioration process and deterioration state of the in-service concrete structure in ports, and the structure is evaluated from the perspectives of durability, economy and sustainability. The durability evaluation value N1 includes the structural form and deterioration index evaluation value, which is obtained by weighted average method. Economic evaluation value N2 includes daily inspection and maintenance cost, failure state cost and economic loss cost, which is determined by index weight method. The sustainability evaluation value N3 is calculated by exponential function. The evaluation factors of durability, economy and sustainability indicators are determined as 1/2, 1/3 and 1/6 by 0-1 compulsory scoring method, and the hierarchical evaluation value of the structure is obtained by weighting. Based on the hierarchical evaluation value, the frame model of structure inspection and maintenance is given, and the rationality of the frame model is verified by the in-service concrete bridge structure in a port area.

摘   要:基于港口在役混凝土结构的劣化过程和劣化状态建立了耐久性评定等级,从耐久性、经济性和可持续性角度对结构进行了层次化评价,其中,耐久性评估值N1包括结构形式和劣化指标评估值,采用加权平均法得到;经济性评估值N2包括日常检测维护成本、失效状态成本和经济损失成本,采取指标权重法确定;可持续性评估值N3选用指数函数进行计算;耐久性、经济性和可持续性指标的评估因子通过0-1强制评分法确定为1/2、1/3和1/6,经过加权得到了结构的层次化评估值。在层次化评估值的基础上给出了结构的检测维护框架模型,并通过某港口地区的在役混凝土桥梁结构验证了该框架模型的合理性。

Abstract: The durability evaluation grade is established based on the deterioration process and deterioration state of the in-service concrete structure in ports, and the structure is evaluated from the perspectives of durability, economy and sustainability. The durability evaluation value N1 includes the structural form and deterioration index evaluation value, which is obtained by weighted average method. Economic evaluation value N2 includes daily inspection and maintenance cost, failure state cost and economic loss cost, which is determined by index weight method. The sustainability evaluation value N3 is calculated by exponential function. The evaluation factors of durability, economy and sustainability indicators are determined as 1/2, 1/3 and 1/6 by 0-1 compulsory scoring method, and the hierarchical evaluation value of the structure is obtained by weighting. Based on the hierarchical evaluation value, the frame model of structure inspection and maintenance is given, and the rationality of the frame model is verified by the in-service concrete bridge structure in a port area.

本文根据港口在役混凝土结构在劣化过程中的耐久性劣化指标,对其耐久性进行评级,并给出了相应的扣分区间。然后,通过加权平均法从结构形式和劣化指标两个方面评定了结构的耐久性;从结构的剩余使用寿命周期成本,通过五级评分法和熵权法评估结构的经济性;在考虑评估者满意度的基础上,利用指数函数评价了结构的可持续性。最后,根据层次化评估法确定了结构的层次化评估值,建立了港口在役混凝土结构的检测维护框架,并以某港口在役混凝土结构为例进行了验证。
 虽然本文建立了港口在役混凝土结构的检测维护框架,但缺乏对预防性维护和必要性加固方案实施性及成本经济性的研究,后续将对此开展深入研究。
