摘 要:研究了激发剂模数、养护方式和粉煤灰掺量对机制砂碱激发混凝土(MAAC)耐久性能的影响。结果表明:与20 ℃标养相比,60 ℃蒸养MAAC的收缩率降低明显,耐久性能增强;掺入20%粉煤灰后,MAAC的收缩性能有所改善,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能有所减弱,但在蒸养条件下,掺入20%粉煤灰可以在一定程度上提高MAAC的抗氯离子侵蚀能力;随着碱激发剂模数由2.0降至1.8,MAAC的耐久性能有所增强。
Abstract: The effects of activator modulus, curing method and fly ash content on the durability of manufactured sand alkali-activated concrete(MAAC) were studied. The results show that compared with the standard curing at 20 ℃, the shrinkage rate of MAAC in steam curing at 60 ℃ is significantly reduced, and the durability is enhanced. After adding 20% fly ash, the shrinkage performance of MAAC is improved, the resistance to sulfate corrosion is weakened, but under steam curing conditions, adding 20% fly ash can improve the chloride ion corrosion resistance of MAAC to a certain extent. The durability of MAAC is enhanced with the decrease of alkali activator modulus from 2.0 to 1.8.
