摘 要:为了减小装配式结构连接用半灌浆套筒破坏时的变形,提出了一种改进的半灌浆套筒,即在钢筋上焊接锚固板,以增加灌浆料与钢筋的机械咬合力。基于已有的半灌浆套筒单调拉伸试验,利用Midas FEA NX有限元软件进行模拟。结果表明:采用混凝土本构模型可以很好地模拟灌浆料的本构模型;半灌浆套筒的破坏状态、模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,说明所建立的有限元模型是可行的;锚固板的使用不能提高套筒的抗拉强度,但可以大幅提高套筒的整体刚度,提高幅度为8%~10%。
Abstract: In order to reduce the deformation of the semi-grouting sleeve used for the connection of prefabricated structures, an improved semi-grouting sleeve was put forward, in which the anchor plate was welded on the steel bar to increase the mechanical occlusal force between the grouting sleeve and the steel bar. Based on the existing monotonic tensile test of the semi-grouting sleeve, the simulation was carried out using Midas FEA NX finite element software. The results show that the constitutive model of the grouting material can be well simulated by the concrete constitutive model. The failure state of semi-grouting sleeve and the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results, indicating that the finite element model established is feasible. The use of the anchor plate cannot improve the tensile strength of the grouting sleeve, but can greatly improve the overall stiffness of the sleeve by 8% to 10%.
