摘 要:研究了再生砂等质量(0、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%)替代天然砂对C60混凝土力学性能、耐久性能、收缩性能和抗裂性能的影响,并采用XRD分析了再生砂的作用机理。结果表明:掺入30%~50%的再生砂对混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉强度影响不大,但能有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,改善混凝土的收缩性能和开裂性能。
Abstract: The influence of recycled sand replacing 0, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% natural sand on the mechanical properties, durability, shrinkage and crack resistance of C60 concrete was studied, and the mechanism of recycled sand was analyzed by XRD. The results show that the addition of 30%~50% recycled sand has little effect on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete, but can effectively improve the chloride ion penetration resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete, and improve the shrinkage and crack resistance of concrete.
