摘   要:研究了不同裂缝尺度下无机轻骨料砂浆外墙外保温系统的温度场变化情况,对含预制裂缝宽度为0.05 mm、0.10 mm、0.20 mm、0.30 mm、0.40 mm和0.50 mm的试件进行了160次热雨循环试验,测量了不同裂缝尺度下试件的温度值,分析了各阶段的温度场变化规律。结果表明:与无裂缝情况下相比,试件预制裂缝对基墙温度的变化有一定影响;系统的热物理性能随热雨循环次数的增加而逐渐劣化,裂缝宽度对保温层温度的变化影响很小,仅会对基墙的温度造成一定影响;当裂缝较宽时,基墙将在升温阶段达到较高的温度。 Abstract: The temperature change in the external thermal insulation composite systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar (ETICS-ILAM) containing different crack scales was studied. 160 times of hot rain cycles were carried out on ETICS-ILAM specimens with prefabricated crack widths of 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.40 mm and 0.50 mm. The temperature values of the specimens with different crack sizes were measured, and the variation law of the temperature field in each stage was analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated cracks in the specimens have a certain influence on the temperature change in the base-wall. The thermal physical properties of the system gradually deteriorate with the increase of the number of heat-rain cycles. The crack width has little influence on the temperature change in the insulation layer, but has noticeable influence on the temperature in the base-wall. When the crack has a relatively bigger width, the temperature in the base-wall can reach a relatively higher value during the temperature increasing stage.

摘   要:为了获得合适的陶粒泡沫混凝土墙板生产工艺参数,进行了自密实陶粒泡沫混凝土墙板工厂生产试验。结果表明:混凝土的坍落扩展度是生产中的关键参数,当其达到SF1级自密实混凝土性能要求时,所生产墙板的完整性好,但是表面缺陷较多;而达到SF2级自密实混凝土性能要求时,所生产墙板的质量好,表面缺陷少;混凝土的工作性越好,累计破泡率越小。 Abstract: In order to obtain appropriate production technology parameters of ceramist foam concrete wall panels, the factory production tests of self-compacting ceramsite foam concrete wall panels in production were carried out. The results show that the slump flow of concrete is the key parameter in production, and when it meets the requirement of class SF1 self-compacting concrete, the integrity of wall panels is good, but there are many surface defects. When it meets the requirement of class SF2 self-compacting concrete, the quality of wall panels is good and the surface defects are less. The better the workability of concrete, the smaller the cumulative bubble breaking rate.

摘   要:通过三点弯曲试验,并利用CCD相机及数字散斑分析技术研究了CFRP板裂缝扩展至破坏的全过程。结果表明:各因素对试件承载力的影响程度从大到小依次为CFRP板厚、加载速率、裂缝深度、混凝土强度;粘贴CFRP板的高强混凝土试件破坏是由混凝土剪切破坏引起的CFRP板粘贴胶层与混凝土之间的界面剥离破坏,其从裂缝开始扩展到完全破坏的时间明显长于未粘贴CFRP板的试件;黏结界面仍是外粘CFRP板加固高强混凝土构件的薄弱部位。 Abstract: The whole process of the specimens from crack propagation to destruction was studied through the three-point bending test, and the CCD camera observation system and digital speckle analysis technology were used. The test results show that the order of influence factors on the bearing capacity of the high-strength concrete specimens is CFRP plate thickness, loading rate, depth of the pre-crack and the concrete strength. The failure of high-strength concrete specimens reinforced with external CFRP plates is the interface peeling damage between the CFRP plates adhesive layer and the concrete caused by the shear failure of the concrete, and the time from crack propagation to complete failure is significantly longer than that of the specimens without CFRP reinforcement. The bonding interface is still the weak part of the high-strength concrete members reinforced by externally bonding CFRP plates.

国外蒸压加气混凝土板式承重墙研究现状

摘   要:与蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙相比,蒸压加气混凝土配筋墙板对低层建筑可不设置构造柱,混凝土现场浇筑量小、构件尺寸大的特点使其组装更高效。本文介绍了蒸压加气混凝土板式承重墙结构在国外的应用情况,结合已有研究成果和相关技术规范对该结构的力学性能进行了说明,并展望了该结构体系的应用前景。研究表明:蒸压加气混凝土板式承重墙的抗震性能良好,结构在设防烈度下可以保持预屈服状态,在大震作用下具有充分的强度储备。 Abstract: Compared with autoclaved aerated concrete block wall, autoclaved aerated concrete panel wall of low-rise buildings has no need to composite with constructional column. Small quantity of concrete pouring and large component size make its assembly more efficient. The application of autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall structure abroad is introduced, and the mechanical properties of the structure according to the research results and relevant design codes are reviewed. Researches indicate that autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall has good seismic performance. The wall behaves in its pre-yield region under the seismic fortification intensity, and has sufficient strength reservation in strong earthquake. In conclusion, the application of autoclaved aerated concrete load bearing panel wall structure is prospected.
