摘 要:将离子络合型修复材料掺入混凝土中,通过混凝土平板开裂试验、预制裂缝抗压强度试验及SEM测试研究了该修复材料对混凝土裂缝修复性能的影响和作用机理,并将该修复材料在实际工程中进行了应用。结果表明:该修复材料能有效减少混凝土的开裂面积,使混凝土具有良好的裂缝自愈能力。
Abstract: The ionomer complexed repairing material was mixed into concrete, and the influence and mechanism of the repairing material on the repairing performance of concrete cracks were studied through concrete slab cracking test and prefabricated crack compressive strength test combined with SEM test analysis. The repairing material was applied in practical engineering. The results show that the repairing material can effectively reduce the cracking area of concrete, and the concrete has good crack repairing ability after using the repairing material.
