摘 要:采用不同级配粗骨料(5~20 mm、20~40 mm二级配粗骨料和5.0~31.5 mm连续粒级粗骨料)进行了不同水胶比(0.45和0.54)对混凝土早期收缩性能影响的试验研究。结果表明:不同配合比的混凝土早期收缩率均在初凝后10 h内快速增长,初凝后10 h的收缩率均达到了72 h收缩率的60%以上;对于相同水胶比的粗骨料混凝土,经骨料级配优化后,混凝土的早期收缩率变小;对于粗骨料相同的混凝土,水胶比增大,混凝土的早期收缩率减小。
Abstract: The effects of different water-binder ratios(0.45 and 0.54) on the early shrinkage properties of concrete were investigated by using different grades of coarse aggregates(5~20 mm, 20~40 mm secondary coarse aggregate and 5.0~31.5 mm continuous gradation coarse aggregate). The results show that the early shrinkage rate of concrete with different mix proportion increases rapidly within 10 h after initial setting, and the shrinkage rate at 10 h after initial setting reaches more than 60% of the shrinkage rate at 72 h after initial setting. For the coarse aggregate concrete with the same water-binder ratio, the optimized early shrinkage value is smaller than that of the concrete actually used on the construction site. For concrete with the same coarse aggregate, the water-binder ratio increases, the early shrinkage of concrete decreases.
