摘   要:为研究带钢板UHPC湿接缝梁的抗剪性能及其理论计算方法,设计和制作了3个带钢板UHPC菱形湿接缝试验梁,采用四点法进行了抗剪试验研究,并根据法国规范SETRA-AFGC 2016对试验结果进行了验算。结果表明:带钢板UHPC湿接缝梁的抗剪承载力随剪跨比增加而减小,当剪跨比为2.4时,延性最佳;带钢板UHPC湿接缝梁破坏形态均为接缝错位剪切破坏,主裂缝沿接缝靠近跨中一侧发展,接缝中下部发生错位,靠近支点侧出现密集斜裂缝;计算值与试验值之比平均值为0.7,可用于指导设计。 Abstract: In order to study the shear performance and theoretical calculation method of the UHPC wet joint beams with steel plates, 3 pieces of UHPC diamond-shaped wet joint test beams with steel plates were designed and fabricated for shear test research. The four point method was adopted to conduct shear test research, and the test results were verified by using SETRA-AFGC 2016. The test results show that the shear capacity of UHPC wet joint beams with steel plates decreases with the increase of shear span ratio, and the ductility is the best at the shear span ratio of 2.4. The damage form of the joint beam is joint misalignment shear damage, the main crack develops along the side of the wet joint near the middle of the span, the misalignment occurs in the middle and lower part of the joint, and the dense oblique cracks appear near the branch side. The average value of the ratio of calculated and the test values is 0.7, which is suitable for the designing guidance.

(1)带钢板UHPC湿接缝梁的抗剪承载力随着剪跨比的增加而减小,同时,开裂荷载和挠度也随着降低,其延性主要与钢板有关,钢板过长或过短均会降低湿接缝梁的延性。
(2)带钢板UHPC湿接缝梁破坏形式为接缝处错位剪切破坏。
(3)使用法国规范对湿接缝梁的承载能力进行验算,结果表明计算值与试验值之比平均值为0.7,试验值有较大余裕,适合设计使用。
