摘 要:设计了一种先张法预应力混凝土H型护岸桩,并通过足尺对比试验,研究了先张法预应力混凝土H型护岸桩的抗裂性能、抗弯(剪)承载力、变形能力及破坏特征。试验结果表明,先张法预应力混凝土H型护岸桩的抗弯破坏为受压区混凝土破坏,试验中钢绞线未断裂,桩身出现均布竖向裂缝;抗剪试验为受剪段混凝土斜裂缝开展后的混凝土剪压破坏,各项指标均达到设计要求。工程应用结果表明,设计的先张法预应力混凝土H型护岸桩可满足不同类型护岸工程的要求。
Abstract: A new type of pretensioned spun concrete revetment H-type revement pile was designed, and verified by full-scale comparative tests. And the crack resistance, flexural (shear) bearing capacity, deformation capacity and failure characteristics of the pretensioned spun concrete revetment H-type revement pile were studied. The test results show that the flexural failure is the concrete failure in the compression zone, the tensile steel strand is not broken, and the pile body has vertical cracks distributed evenly. All indicators can reach the design requirements. The engineering application results show that the designed Pretensioned Spun Concrete H-type Revetment Pile can meet the requirements of different types of revetment project.
