摘 要:研究了水灰比对密度等级为300级和500级泡沫混凝土抗压强度、导热系数和孔隙率的影响。结果表明:泡沫混凝土的密度等级不同,水灰比对其性能的影响存在差异;在水灰比为0.25时,300密度等级泡沫混凝土的抗压强度达到最大,为1.13 MPa,保温性能相对较优;随着水灰比的增加,500密度等级泡沫混凝土的导热系数不断增大,抗压强度和孔隙率不断减小,在水灰比为0.35时,其强度和保温性能达到最优;泡沫混凝土的孔隙率与抗压强度、导热系数之间存在良好的相关性。
Abstract: The effects of water-cement ratio on the compressive strength, thermal conductivity and porosity of foamed concrete with density grades of 300 and 500 were studied. The results show that the influence of water-cement ratio on the properties of foamed concrete is different due to the different density grades. When the water-cement ratio is 0.25, the compressive strength of foamed concrete with density grade of 300 reaches the maximum, which is 1.13 MPa, and the thermal insulation performance is relatively good. With the increase of water-cement ratio, the thermal conductivity of foamed concrete with density grade of 500 increases continuously, and the compressive strength and porosity decrease continuously, and when the water-cement ratio is 0.35, its strength and thermal insulation performance reach the optimum. There is a good correlation between the porosity of foamed concrete and the compressive strength and thermal conductivity.
