摘 要:制备了漂浮植生混凝土,研究了有机硅憎水剂掺量(0、1%、2%、3%、4%)对漂浮植生混凝土性能的影响,分析了其作用机理。结果表明:随着憎水剂掺量的增加,保证浆体流动度满足要求(150~160 mm)的减水剂用量增大,试件的吸水率降低,表面水接触角增大;随着憎水剂掺量的增加,漂浮植生混凝土的抗压强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,软化系数增大,内部环境pH值降低;采用3%憎水剂制备的漂浮植生混凝土的植生性能良好。
Abstract: The floating planting concrete was prepared, and the influence of the content of organosilicon hydrophobic agent (0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%) on the performance of floating planting concrete was studied, and its mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the content of hydrophobic agent, the amount of water-reducing agent to ensure the fluidity of the slurry meets the requirements(150~160 mm) increases, the water absorption of the sample decreases, and the surface water contact angle increases. With the increase of the content of hydrophobic agent, the compressive strength of floating planting concrete increases first and then decreases, the softening coefficient increases, and the pH value of the internal environment of floating planting concrete decreases. The floating planting concrete prepared with 3% hydrophobic agent has good planting performance.
