摘 要:选用粉煤灰、矿粉、钢渣微粉、脱硫石膏配制了混凝土用低收缩复合掺合料,通过正交试验研究了复合掺合料对混凝土性能的影响,确定了各组分的最佳含量。结果表明:与纯水泥体系相比,掺入复合掺合料后,水泥浆体的标准稠度用水量呈波动变化趋势,凝结时间整体呈先降后升的趋势,胶砂强度整体也呈先降后升的趋势,干缩率有所降低。实际应用时,可根据工程要求选择合适的复合掺合料配比。
Abstract: Fly ash, slag, steel slag powder and desulfurized gypsum were selected to prepare low shrinkage composite admixture for concrete. The influence of composite admixtures on the properties of concrete were studied by orthogonal test, and the optimum content of each component was determined. The results show that, compared with the pure cement system, after adding the composite admixture, the standard consistency water consumption of the cement paste fluctuates, the setting time decreases first and then increases as a whole, the strength of the mortar also decreases first and then increases as a whole, and the dry shrinkage decreases to a certain extent. In practical application, the appropriate component proportion of composite admixture should be selected according to the engineering requirements.
