摘 要:以广州南沙区横沥综合管廊工程为研究对象,采用Plaxis3D软件建立了三维数值模型,通过与现场试验对比,验证了分析模型的可靠性,在此基础上研究了交通荷载、基底加固深度、淤泥层厚度和产状(空间位置与形状)对管廊受力特征的影响。结果表明:交通荷载对管廊弯矩影响较显著,设计时应考虑最不利交通荷载;基底加固厚度对管廊的顶板和侧墙内力影响较小,但对底板弯矩影响较大,基底加固最优深度建议为1 m;当底板以下淤泥层厚度超过1倍管廊高度时,淤泥层厚度对管廊横向弯矩影响可忽略不计;淤泥层产状既影响管廊结构内力分布,且影响管廊主受力方向,纵向倾斜淤泥层条件下的管廊设计应考虑三维纵向空间效应,横、纵向均为主受力方向。
Abstract: Taking the Hengli utility tunnel project in Nansha District of Guangzhou as the research object, a three-dimensional numerical model was established by using Plaxis3D software, and the reliability of the numerical method is verified by field tests. On this basis, the influence of traffic load, the depth of base reinforcement, the thickness and occurrence of silt stratum on the stress characteristics of the tunnel was studied. The results shows that the traffic load has a significant impact on the structural bending moment, and the design should be carried out according to the traffic load under the most unfavorable working condition. Base reinforcement can not significantly affect the internal force of top plate and side wall, but can significantly affect the bending moment of bottom plate, and 1 m is the preferred depth of base reinforcement. When the silt stratum thickness exceeds one time of the tunnel height, the influence on the transverse bending moment of the tunnel can be ignored. The occurrence of silt stratum affects not only the internal force distribution of the tunnel, but also the main stress direction of the tunnel. When designing the prefabricated utility tunnel under the condition of longitudinally inclined silt stratum, the three-dimensional longitudinal space effect should be considered, and the transverse and longitudinal directions are the main stress direction.
