铁尾矿砂混凝土与HRB500钢筋锚固性能试验研究
Abstract: In order to study the anchorage performance of HRB500 high-strength steel bar in iron tailings sand concrete, the mechanical characteristics of different anchorage forms of steel bar were analyzed by direct pull-out test of 27 specimens of different anchorage types, and the effects of strength of iron tailings sand concrete, thickness of protective layer and anchorage length on anchorage performance were studied. The results show that with the increase of concrete strength, protective layer thickness and anchorage length, anchorage strength increases gradually and has a certain linear relationship, and there are limits in protective layer thickness and anchorage length. At the same time, compared with the anchorage length in GB 50010—2010 The Code Design of Concrete Structures, the design proposal of anchorage length of HRB500 steel bar in iron tailings sand concrete is put forward.

摘要:为研究HRB500高强钢筋在铁尾矿砂混凝土中的锚固性能,通过两类共27个不同锚固类型试件的直接拉拔试验方法,分析了不同锚固形式钢筋的受力特征,研究了铁尾矿砂混凝土强度、保护层厚度和锚固长度等因素对锚固性能的影响。结果表明,随着混凝土强度、保护层厚度和锚固长度的增加,锚固强度逐渐增大,且呈一定的线性关系,并在保护层厚度和锚固长度方面存在限值。同时,与GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中的锚固长度进行对比,提出了HRB500钢筋在铁尾矿砂混凝土中锚固长度设计建议。
