摘   要:以非稳态氯离子迁移系数(D值)为指标,研究了复掺粉煤灰和矿粉的混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能及其时变规律。结果表明:降低水胶比,延长龄期(180 d以内)都能使混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能增强;一定范围内,抗氯离子渗透性能均随矿粉掺量的增加而增加,随粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,当矿粉掺量分别为37.5%、31.9%时,C30、C45混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能最佳;随着龄期延长,C30、C45混凝土的D值差距增大;C30、C45混凝土在90 d、180 d的D值与粉煤灰、矿粉掺量之间的定量关系可用线性公式来表达;C30、C45混凝土的D值与龄期之间的定量关系可用基于Fick第二定律的幂函数表达,其中,指数a与粉煤灰掺量的关系可用高次多项式来表达。 Abstract: The resistance to chloride ion penetration and its time-dependent law of the concrete mixed with fly ash and slag powder were studied with the non-steady state chloride ion migration coefficient(D value) as index. The results show that the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete can be enhanced by reducing the water-binder ratio and extending the age (within 180 d). The resistance to chloride ion penetration increases with the increase of slag powder content and decreases with the increase of fly ash content. In certain extent, when the ratio of slag powder content to the total cementitious material reaches 37.5% and 31.9%, the resistance to chloride ion penetration of C30 and C45 concrete reaches the best. With the increase of age, the difference in D values of C30, C45 concrete will increase. Quantitative relationship between the D values of C30, C45 concrete at 90 d, 180 d age and the proportion of fly ash, slag powder in the total mass of the cementitious materials can be expressed by a linear formula. Quantitative relationship between the D values of C30 and C45 concrete and the age can be expressed by a power function based on the Fick’s second law. Relationship between the exponent a of the power function and the proportion of fly ash in the total mass of the cementitious materials can be expressed by a high-order polynomial.

摘   要:为探究混凝土的劣化规律,对混凝土的力学性能进行了预测,以试验室数据为基础,构建了各项力学性能指标的灰色GM(1,1)预测模型,预测各项指标的劣化规律。结果表明:以盐溶液作为冻融介质会加快试块的破坏,且不同盐溶液对试块的破坏程度存在一定差距;获得的灰色GM(1,1)预测模型精度满足要求,可用于预测灌区内混凝土建筑物的力学性能。研究成果可以为寒旱灌区混凝土建筑的寿命预测与后期维护提供参考,也可为不同类型混凝土的各项性能预测提供研究方法。 Abstract: In order to find out the deterioration law of concrete and predict the durability of concrete a grey GM (1,1) prediction model of durability indexes was established based on laboratory test datas to predict the deterioration law of each index. The results show that using salt solution as freeze-thaw medium can accelerate the damage of test block. There is a certain gap between the damage degree of different salt solutions to test block. The accuracy of the grey GM(1,1) prediction model meets the requirements, and can be used to predict the durability of concrete buildings in irrigation districts. The research results can provide a reference for life prediction and later maintenance of concrete buildings in cold and arid irrigation areas, and also provide research methods for performance prediction of different types of concrete.

摘   要:采用pH值为9.5的低碱性电解水制备粉煤灰砂浆,通过对比不同粉煤灰掺量条件下,低碱性电解水粉煤灰砂浆(EM)和普通自来水粉煤灰砂浆(OM)的工作性及力学性能,研究了低碱性电解水对粉煤灰砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:EM的工作性优于OM;控制流动度在(210±5)mm时,各组粉煤灰掺量的EM单位用水量均小于OM;低碱性电解水能够提高粉煤灰砂浆的强度,还能激发粉煤灰的早期活性效应,从而提高粉煤灰砂浆的早期强度,EM的早期抗压强度发展速率较OM提高了11.7%。 Abstract: The low-alkaline electrolyzed water with pH of 9.5 was used as the mixing water to prepare fly ash mortar, and the effect of low-alkaline electrolyzed water on the performance of fly ash mortar was researched by comparing the workability and the mechanical properties of low-alkaline electrolyzed water fly ash mortar (EM) and the ordinary fly ash mortar (OM) with different fly ash contents. The results show that the workability of EM preceds that of the OM. The unit water consumption of EM is less than that of OM with the fluidity (210±5)mm. The low-alkaline electrolyzed water can improve the strength of fly ash mortar. Electrolyzed water can stimulate the early activity and improve the early curing age strength of fly ash mortar, during the early curing age,the compressive strength improvement rate of EM is 11.7% higher than that of OM.

摘   要:通过改变石粉(SP)含量(0、5%、10%、15%)和再生粗骨料(RCA)取代率(0、33%、66%、100%)进行了48个棱柱体受压应力-应变全曲线试验,研究了石粉、再生粗骨料对机制砂再生混凝土轴心抗压强度、峰值应变和弹性模量的影响。基于损伤力学原理,参考已有的普通混凝土应力-应变本构关系,建立了机制砂再生混凝土单轴受压应力-应变本构方程。结果表明:理论曲线与试验数据吻合度较好。 Abstract: 48 prismatic specimens with full manufactured sand and different levels of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) were prepared to test the compressive stress-strain curves. The effect of limestone powder (SP) in manufactured sand (0, 5%,10%, 15%) and RCA(0, 33%, 66%, 100%) on axial compressive strength, peak strain and elastic modulus of the concrete was studied. Based on the damage mechanics theory and the compressive constitutive relation of commom concrete, the stress-strain equation of concrete with recycled coarse aggregate and manufactured sand was established. The results show that the theoretical curves have high coincidence degree with the experimental data.

摘   要:针对高寒地区混凝土抗冻耐久性问题,在混凝土中加入不同掺量的粉煤灰研究其抗冻性能,通过非金属声波检测仪进行冻融循环过程中混凝土强度无损测试,研究了冻融循环作用下混凝土强度损伤和动弹性力学参数的演化特征,分析了冻融循环过程中混凝土声波波速与力学性能变化规律。研究结果表明:掺入引气剂能够提高混凝土的抗冻性,相同引气剂掺量下,粉煤灰掺量为10%的混凝土抗冻性较好;冻融循环过程中,超声波纵波波速、横波波速与动弹性模量、动剪切模量均随着冻融循环次数的增加呈相似性衰减,且存在较高相关性。 Abstract: In view of the problem of frost resistance durability of concrete in alpine area, the frost resistance of concrete was studied by adding fly ash with different content. By using non-metallic acoustic wave detector to test the strength of concrete during freeze-thaw process, the characteristics of strength damage and dynamic elastic mechanical parameters evolution of concrete under freeze-thaw cycle were studied. The change law of concrete acoustic wave speed and mechanical properties during the freeze-thaw cycle were analyzed. The results show that the frost resistance of concrete can be improved by adding air entraining agent, and the frost resistance of concrete with 10% fly ash content is better than that of 20% fly ash content under the same air entraining agent. The ultrasonic longitudinal wave velocity and shear wave velocity, dynamic elastic modulus and dynamic shear modulus attenuate similarly with the increase of freeze-thaw cycle times during freeze-thaw process, and there is a correlation between them.
