摘 要:研究了煅烧温度(200~800 ℃)和恒温时间(10 min、20 min)对新疆和田地区火山岩粉活性的影响,并进行了微观机理分析。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的增大,火山岩粉的活性指数先增大后减小,最佳煅烧方式为煅烧温度500~550 ℃、恒温20 min,此时,火山岩粉的28 d活性指数最大可提高18.0%;火山岩粉经过煅烧后,其中的SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3逐步失去结晶水,由晶体态逐渐向无定形态转化,从而增强了火山岩粉参与水泥水化反应的能力。
Abstract: The effects of calcination temperature (200~800 ℃) and constant temperature time (10 min, 20 min) on the activity of volcanic rock powder in Hotan area, Xinjiang were studied, and the microscopic mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of calcination temperature, the activity index of volcanic rock powder first increases and then decreases. The best calcination method is calcination temperature of 500~550 ℃ and constant temperature time of 20 min. At this time, the 28 day activity index of volcanic rock powder can be increased by 18.0% at most. After the volcanic rock powder is calcined, the SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 in it gradually lose the crystal water, and gradually transform from the crystalline state to the amorphous form, thus enhancing the ability of volcanic rock powder to participate in the cement hydration reaction.
