摘 要:以建筑垃圾、水泥和自来水厂尾泥(含水率为60%)为主要原材料制备了免烧砖,研究了水泥掺量、尾泥掺量和含水率对免烧砖抗压强度的影响,分析了尾泥固化的作用机制。结果表明,免烧砖的最佳配合比为:水泥20%+尾泥20%+建筑垃圾60%,此时,免烧砖的28 d抗压强度、抗冻性能、软化系数和吸水率均达到MU15非烧结垃圾尾矿砖的性能指标要求。实际生产时,需对免烧砖采取覆膜养护措施。
Abstract: The non-fired brick was prepared with construction waste, cement and waterworks sludge (with water content of 60%) as the main raw materials. The effects of cement content and waterworks sludge content and moisture content on the compressive strength of non-fired brick were studied, and the mechanism of the solidification of waterworks sludge was analyzed. The results show that the best mix proportion of non-fired brick is 20% of cement and 20% of waterworks sludge and 60% of construction waste. At this time, the 28 day compressive strength, frost resistance, softening coefficient and water absorption of non-fired brick meet the performance index requirements of MU15 non-fired rubbish gangue brick. In actual production, it is necessary to take film covering curing measures for non-fired bricks.
