摘 要:研究了灰骨比、骨料级配和粉煤灰掺量对透水混凝土力学性能和透水性能的影响。结果表明:随着灰骨比的增大,透水混凝土的抗压强度先增大后减小,空心率总体呈降低趋势,最佳灰骨比为0.22;与单一粒径骨料相比,采用级配骨料可有效提高透水混凝土的抗压强度,当骨料级配为m9.50~13.20 mm∶m4.75~9.50 mm∶m2.36~4.75 mm=30∶50∶20时,透水混凝土的抗压强度和空心率相对最佳;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,透水混凝土空心率和透水系数均呈下降趋势,抗压强度和抗折强度均先增大后减小,最佳粉煤灰掺量为20%。
Abstract: The effects of the cement-aggregate ratio, aggregate gradation and fly ash content on the mechanical properties and water permeability of pervious concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of pervious concrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of the cement-aggregate ratio, and the hollow ratio generally decreases, and the optimum cement-aggregate ratio is 0.22. Compared with single size aggregate, the use of graded aggregate can effectively improve the compressive strength of pervious concrete. When the aggregate gradation is m9.50~13.20 mm∶m4.75~9.50 mm∶m2.36~4.75 mm=30∶50∶20, the compressive strength and hollow ratio of pervious concrete are relatively optimal. With the increase of fly ash content, the hollow ratio and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete show a downward trend, and the compressive strength and flexural strength increase first and then decrease, and the optimal fly ash content is 20%.
