摘 要:在聚灰比为0、1%、3%、5%的情况下,研究了丁苯橡胶对泡沫混凝土干密度和抗折、抗压强度的影响,并通过显微图像处理和SEM从孔结构角度分析了丁苯橡胶对泡沫混凝土的改性机理。结果表明:随着聚灰比的增加,泡沫混凝土的孔隙率和平均孔径均呈先增后减的趋势,孔隙圆度值略有降低,导致干密度和抗压强度均先减小后增大,抗折强度先略有降低后快速增大。
Abstract: The effects of styrene-butadiene rubber on the dry density, flexural strength and compressive strength of foamed concrete were studied when the polymer-cement ratio was 0, 1%, 3% and 5%, and the modification mechanism of styrene-butadiene rubber on foamed concrete was analyzed from the perspective of pore structure by microscopic image processing and SEM. The results show that with the increase of polymer-cement ratio, the porosity and average pore size of foamed concrete increase first and then decrease, and the porosity roundness value decreases slightly, resulting in the dry density and compressive strength decrease first and then increase, and the flexural strength decreases slightly first and then increases rapidly.
