摘   要:自主研发了一种复合黏度改性剂(CVMA),研究了掺量为0~15%的CVMA对C60桥塔清水混凝土新拌性能、硬化性能和外观质量的影响。结果表明:掺10%的CVMA可降低清水混凝土倒置坍落度筒排空时间56.9%,并提高了混凝土的力学和耐久性能;掺入CVMA可以改善清水混凝土的气泡稳定性、优化气泡结构,从而减少清水混凝土的外观气泡缺陷,同时可抑制色差缺陷,达到清水混凝土外观质量要求。 Abstract: A composite viscosity modifier admixture(CVMA) was developed to improve performance of C60 fair-faced concrete for bridge pylon. The influence of CVMA content 0~15% on fresh, mechanical properties, durability and appearance quality of fair-faced concrete was investigated. The results show that fresh property is improved as a reduction of 56.9% in flow time from the inverted slump cone with 10% content of CVMA in fair-faced concrete, and improves the mechanical and durability properties. The addition of CVMA can improve the bubble stability of fair-faced concrete, optimize the bubble structure, thus improving the appearance of bubbles and color difference defects of fair-faced concrete, and meeting the appearance quality requirements of fair-faced concrete.

摘   要:自主研发了一种复合黏度改性剂(CVMA),研究了掺量为0~15%的CVMA对C60桥塔清水混凝土新拌性能、硬化性能和外观质量的影响。结果表明:掺10%的CVMA可降低清水混凝土倒置坍落度筒排空时间56.9%,并提高了混凝土的力学和耐久性能;掺入CVMA可以改善清水混凝土的气泡稳定性、优化气泡结构,从而减少清水混凝土的外观气泡缺陷,同时可抑制色差缺陷,达到清水混凝土外观质量要求。

Abstract: A composite viscosity modifier admixture(CVMA) was developed to improve performance of C60 fair-faced concrete for bridge pylon. The influence of CVMA content 0~15% on fresh, mechanical properties, durability and appearance quality of fair-faced concrete was investigated. The results show that fresh property is improved as a reduction of 56.9% in flow time from the inverted slump cone with 10% content of CVMA in fair-faced concrete, and improves the mechanical and durability properties. The addition of CVMA can improve the bubble stability of fair-faced concrete, optimize the bubble structure, thus improving the appearance of bubbles and color difference defects of fair-faced concrete, and meeting the appearance quality requirements of fair-faced concrete.

(1)CVMA能够明显改善新拌清水混凝土的工作性;CVMA对清水混凝土力学性能的提高更多体现在早期,随着其掺量的增加,对电通量和氯离子扩散系数的影响呈现先降低后升高的趋势。
(2)相同含气量下,掺入CVMA可以优化清水混凝土的气泡结构,并改善因混凝土扩展度波动导致的外观色差。
(3)模型浇筑效果试验表明:采用CVMA可以显著改善混凝土外观气泡、色差缺陷,达到清水混凝土外观质量要求。
