湿热循环作用对高性能混凝土强度及抗渗性能影响的试验研究

摘 要:为研究湿热循环作用对高性能混凝土强度和抗渗性能的影响,通过试验测定了湿热循环次数对HPC30、HPC50和UHPC三种混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和吸水量的影响。结果显示,HPC30和HPC50的抗压强度随湿热循环次数的增多呈前期(0~90次)和后期(90~300次)两个变化阶段,湿热循环前期,增加循环次数使抗压强度增大,而湿热循环后期,增加循环次数反而会使抗压强度降低;UHPC的抗压强度随循环次数的增多而降低。随着湿热循环次数的增加,三种混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度都表现出先增大后减小的变化趋势。增加湿热循环次数,会使HPC30和HPC50的抗渗性能得到改善,而使UHPC的抗渗性能降低。
Abstract:In order to study the effect of heat-moisture cycle on the strength and impermeability of HPC, the influence of the number of wet-heat cycles on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and water absorption of HPC30, HPC50 and UHPC concrete was tested. The results showed that the compressive strength of HPC30 and HPC50 increased with the increase of the number of hot and humid cycles (0~90 times) and later (90~300 times). The compressive strength of HPC30 and HPC50 increased with the earlier numbers of cycles, and decreased with the increase of the later numbers of cycles. The compressive strength of UHPC decreased with the increase of the numbers of cycle. The splitting tensile strength of the three kinds of concrete increased first and then decreased with the increase of the numbers of damp heat cycles. Increasing the number of hot and humid cycles, HPC30 and HPC50 will improve the impermeability, while UHPC impermeability will reduce.
