摘 要:将乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(EPEG)大单体与丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯通过自由基溶液共聚得到EPEG缓释型聚羧酸减水剂PCE-E,并分析了酸醚比、酯醚比、滴加时间等因素对PCE-E减水、缓释、保坍性能的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为20 ℃、酸醚比为2.10、酯醚比为2.9、引发剂用量为0.7%、还原剂用量为0.2%、催化剂用量为0.3%、链转移剂用量为0.4%、滴加时间为60 min时,制备得到的PCE-E综合性能最佳,在混凝土中的应用效果良好。
Abstract: The ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether(EPEG) macromonomer was copolymerized with acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate through free radical solution to obtain EPEG slow-release polycarboxylic superplasticizer PCE-E. The effects of acid ether ratio, ester ether ratio, dropping time and other factors on the water reducing, slow- release and slump retaining properties of PCE-E were analyzed. The results show that when the reaction temperature is 20 ℃, the ratio of acid to ether is 2.10, the ratio of ester to ether is 2.9, the amount of initiator is 0.7%, the amount of reductant is 0.2%, the amount of catalyst is 0.3%, the amount of chain transfer agent is 0.4%, and the dropping time is 60 min, the prepared PCE-E has the best comprehensive performance and good application effect in concrete.
