摘 要:针对PCCP插口环与钢筒焊缝微渗漏处的问题,采用内角焊缝焊接+高压注胶+内缝填充+涂刷聚脲封面的综合处理工艺,对微渗漏问题进行了有效处理。整体水压试验及长期运行效果均表明,该工艺处理效果较理想。
Abstract: In view of the micro-leakage problem of the weld between the PCCP socket ring and steel cylinder, the comprehensive treatment process of internal fillet welding, high pressure glue injection, internal seam filling and scraping polyurea cover was adopted to deal with the problem. The overall hydrostatic test results and long-term operation effect show that the effect of this treatment process is great.
