摘 要:针对大体积混凝土的特点,研究了粉煤灰与高性能减水剂双掺、粉煤灰+矿粉与高性能减水剂双掺、粉煤灰+矿粉与高性能减水剂再加聚丙烯纤维三掺配比对大体积混凝土物理力学性能和耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用矿物掺合料(粉煤灰+矿粉)与高性能减水剂+聚丙烯纤维三掺配比的混凝土具有良好的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能,成功用于石首长江大桥主墩承台施工。
Abstract: Based on the characteristics of mass concrete, the effects of fly ash and high performance water reducing admixture double mixed, mineral admixture (fly ash + mineral powder) and high performance water reducing admixture double mixed, mineral admixture (fly ash + mineral powder) + high performance water reducing agent plus polypropylene fiber three-doped ratio on the physical and mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied. With the mineral admixture (fly ash + mineral powder) + high performance water reducing agent plus polypropylene fiber three-doped ratio, the concrete has good work performance, mechanical properties and durability, which is successfully used in Shishou Yangtze River Bridge main pier bearing platform construction.
