摘 要:采用料浆容重法进行配合比设计,分别制备了表观密度为600、800、1 000、1 200 kg/m3的微孔混凝土,并研究了表观密度与孔结构对微孔混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的微孔混凝土抗压强度在1.68~10.57 MPa之间,导热系数在0.081~0.140 W/(m·K)之间,吸水率在29.76%~48.16 %之间,且微孔混凝土的表观密度对上述性能的影响具有明显的规律性。孔结构测试结果表明,孔隙率、孔分布均匀性、平均孔径大小等因素对微孔混凝土性能也有一定的规律性影响。
Abstract: The slurry bulk density method was used to design the mix proportion, and the microporous concrete with apparent density of 600, 800, 1 000 and 1 200 kg/m3 was prepared, and the influence of apparent density and pore structure on the properties of microporous concrete was studied. The results show that the prepared microporous concrete compressive strength is 1.68~10.57 MPa, thermal conductivity is 0.081~0.140 W/(m·K), and the water absorption rate is between 29.76% and 48.16%. The influence of the apparent density of microporous concrete on the above properties has obvious regularity. The pore structure tests show that the influence of porosity, pore distribution uniformity, average pore size and other factors on the performance of microporous concrete also has a certain regularity.
