摘 要:研究了单掺化学试剂(甲酸钙、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、石灰)、单掺固硫灰(10%、20%、30%)、复掺固硫灰与甲酸钙对磷渣性能的影响,在此基础上,制备了改性磷渣基辅助胶凝材料,并研究了其对混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:相比单掺其他化学试剂,单掺3%甲酸钙对磷渣水泥凝结时间的改善效果最好;单掺固硫灰时,随着固硫灰掺量的增加,磷渣水泥的凝结时间呈降低趋势;复掺固硫灰与甲酸钙时,综合考虑凝结时间、流动性、活性,复掺20%固硫灰与2%甲酸钙对磷渣的改性效果最好;制备的改性磷渣基辅助胶凝材料可替代常用辅助胶凝材料(矿粉、粉煤灰等)制备混凝土。
Abstract: The effects of single addition of chemical reagents (calcium formate, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, lime), single addition of circulating fluidized bed ash (10%, 20%, 30%), multiple addition of circulating fluidized bed ash and calcium formate on the properties of phosphorus slag were studied. On this basis, the modified phosphorus slag based auxiliary cementitious materials were prepared, and the effects of phosphorus slag based auxiliary cementitious materials on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied. The results show that the setting time of phosphorous slag cement is improved better by adding 3% calcium formate alone than by adding other chemical reagents alone. The setting time of phosphorous slag cement decreases with the increase of circulating fluidized bed ash content when the circulating fluidized bed ash is added only. When mixed with circulating fluidized bed ash and calcium formate, considering the setting time, fluidity and activity, mixing 20% circulating fluidized bed ash and 2% calcium formate has the best modification effect on phosphorus slag. The prepared modified phosphorus slag based auxiliary cementitious materials can replace the common auxiliary cementitious materials (mineral powder, fly ash, etc.) to prepare concrete.
