摘 要:制备了铁尾矿-煤矸石二元复合掺合料和铁尾矿-粉煤灰-煤矸石三元复合掺合料,研究了复合掺合料的配比和替代率、活化剂的种类(NaOH、Ca(OH)2、Na2SiO3)和掺量对胶砂力学性能的影响,采用SEM观察了胶砂的微观结构。结果表明:对于二元复合掺合料,当铁尾矿粉与煤矸石粉的质量比为1∶1时,胶砂的28 d抗压、抗折强度达到最大,抗裂性能较好;对于三元复合掺合料,当铁尾矿粉、粉煤灰、煤矸石粉的质量比为4∶3∶1时,胶砂的28 d抗压强度最大,28 d抗折强度较高,抗裂性能较好;随着三元复合掺合料替代率的增加,胶砂的抗压、抗折强度基本呈降低趋势;活化剂NaOH对胶砂力学性能的改善效果较Ca(OH)2和Na2SiO3好,NaOH的最佳掺量为1.6%。
Abstract: The binary composite admixtures were prepared by using iron tailings and coal gangue, and the ternary composite admixtures were prepared by using iron tailings, fly ash and coal gangue. The effects of the mix proportion and replacement rate of the composite admixtures, the type and content of the activator(NaOH、Ca(OH)2、Na2SiO3) on the mechanical properties of cement mortar were studied, and the microstructure of cement mortar was observed by SEM. The results show that for binary composite admixtures, when the mass ratio of iron tailings powder and coal gangue powder is 1∶1, the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar reach the maximum, and the crack resistance is good. For ternary composite admixtures, when the mass ratio of iron tailings powder, fly ash and coal gangue powder is 4∶3∶1, the 28 d compressive strength of cement mortar is the largest, the 28 d flexural strength is high, and the crack resistance is good. With the increase of the content of ternary composite admixtures, the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar basically decrease. The improvement effect of the activator NaOH on mechanical properties of cement mortar is better than that of Ca(OH)2 and Na2SiO3, and the optimum content of NaOH is 1.6%.
