摘 要:钢管自密实混凝土很好地将自密实混凝土优异的施工性能应用到钢管混凝土中,有利于解决钢管混凝土中灌注工艺和振捣工艺的施工难点。本文根据具体工程要求,利用地方材料配制出C60钢管自密实混凝土并应用于超高层建筑中,工程使用情况良好。由于现有混凝土限制膨胀率的检测与实体差别较大,本文采用小钢桶模拟实体检测钢管自密实混凝土的自收缩,较好地反映了实体中混凝土的自收缩情况,且通过小钢桶拆开观察可以侧面反映混凝土与钢管壁的黏接情况。
Abstract: Self compacting concrete is very good for the application of self compacting concrete in the concrete filled steel tube when applied to concrete filled steel tube, which helps to solve its difficulties in perfusion technology and vibrating process. According to the specific engineering requirements, the use of the project is well when using local materials to prepare the C60 steel self compacting concrete. Because the difference is larger between limit expansion ratio test and the real in existing concrete, in this paper, the small steel drum simulation entity detection autogenously shrinkage of self-compacting concrete filled steel tube can preferably reflect the autogenously shrinkage of concrete in the entity, and can reflect the adhesive of concrete and steel tube wall through separating the small steel drum.
